On this 4-hour Lima City tour, you’ll enjoy the panoramic view of the Huaca Pucllana pyramid. You’ll then visit Lima’s historic center, where you will see old Lima and more than 50 amazing monuments and colonial buildings that still fulfill very important functions today, such as the Government Palace, the Archbishop’s Palace, the Central Reserve Bank Museum, and others. You’ll also visit the underground catacombs of the San Francisco monumental complex and finally, you’ll take a tour of Lima’s modern districts and residential areas, El Olivar de San Isidro, Miraflores, Larcomar and the Love Park.

Start your Lima city tour, the capital of Peru, at 9:00 am or 14:00 hrs. Our staff will pick you up at your hotel in Lima center, Miraflores, San Isidro or nearby (if your hotel is located elsewhere, a meeting point will be arranged).
First, enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the Huaca Pucllana pyramid, an ancient Inca ceremonial center built in the 4th century. Then head to the heart of the Lima vibrant city, stroll through the Main square and San Martin square which are surrounded by amazing colonial buildings and the Government Palace, the Archbishop’s Palace and don’t forget to admire the imposing Cathedral.
Then, visit the Central Reserve Bank Museum. There, you will see a collection of treasures made of gold, silver, ceramics, and textiles from various pre-Hispanic cultures. Also explore the impressive subway crypts known as the catacombs of the San Francisco convent.
Finally, take a tour of the modern area where you will see Lima’s main financial and residential buildings, and the most touristic places such as the Olivar de San Isidro, Miraflores, Larcomar and the Love Park with its beautiful panoramic view of the green coast and the Pacific Ocean. At the end of the tour, we will drop you off at your hotel or at the agreed place.

The Lima city tour cost will depend on the type of tour you choose. In the group tour the cost is USD 38 or S/145 per person and in the private tour it depends on the number of people booking together, the more people the lower the price. For example, if you do the Lima city tour alone, the price will be USD 110 or S/415 and if you travel with a family of 6 or more people, the price per person will be USD 55 or S/206.
The Lima city tour includes: pick up and drop off at your hotel, tourist transportation, professional guide and all entrance fees.
The Lima city tour usually lasts between 3.5 and 4 hours. This time will be enough to stroll leisurely through the center and the most touristic districts of Lima.
We have departures every day of the year at 9am and 2pm. It is advisable to make a reservation in advance, choosing the date and one of the 2 schedules that you find convenient. The reservation will be confirmed with a 40% deposit in advance and the remaining amount will be paid before the tour starts. If you are already in Lima and want to join a group tour, you must make the reservation 3 hours in advance and pay 100%.
